Let’s start with saving you money 🥳.
The annual cost of a full-time designer can be anywhere from $75k to $120k+ and that doesn’t include the cost of benefits. Not to mention, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.With Roll Call’s monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying when you have work available.

Once subscribed, add as many design requests as you need to your queue. They will be delivered one by one.

Average turn-around is 48 hours. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Roll Call is an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, the founder! Partner designers provide power-up requests like animations or custom illustrations.

If you don’t have enough design work to fill up an entire month, pausing your subscription can be handy.
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. So if you sign up and use the service for 18 days, then pause, the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 13 days of service remaining to use in the future.

Most requests are designed using Figma.
Website Templates and Website packages are designed and delivered on the Squarespace platform unless you want pure website design that your own developers will build. That design will be built in Figma.

Roll Call offers ease and flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Once subscribed, you’ll receive a link to your portal where you can request designs directly through Trello by sharing Google docs, wireframes, or recording a brief video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs). If it can be linked to or shared using Trello, it's fair game!

I am human, so yes, there absolutely are projects I cannot do personally. These include: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), and document design (medical forms, etc.).
Even though I don’t personally do these, I know some pretty awesome people, so I can probably give a good referral or outsource a request.

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

It’s no problem. Pause your subscription when the design is finished and return when you have additional design needs. The remainder of your subscription won’t go to waste.

Due to the digital delivery of designs, no refunds will be issued. Once your design is delivered, it is 100% yours.
